ABOUT MATTHEW SCHILOWITZ

Dating back to his younger years, Matthew Schilowitz shadowed his family as they traveled to hotels and resorts in the Catskill Mountains, Florida, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands in which he began to embrace his innate business and real-estate passion and skills. Mr. Schilowitz graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 1985. From this point on Mr. Schilowitz commenced his own success built upon his various and fruitful real-estate projects and companies and his involvement as an investor and consultant for private equity firms and investment banks. Some of Mr. Schilowitz’s most notable ventures include his role as CEO of the Harmat Organization, a real estate development firm on the east end of Long Island, New York, and the owner, developer, and operator of the Acanto Hotel and Condominiums in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. With a plethora of wall street relations and expertise in investments, Mr. Schilowitz has taken on roles as both a private investor and consultant for various companies leading to his involvement and ownership in several technologies and entertainment companies. With the combination of his extensive experience in real estate development, sales, and finance, Mr. Schilowitz has produced hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue through the years. Through his ongoing accomplishments and ventures, Mr. Schilowitz has proven himself as a skilled, intelligent, and aggressive negotiator, a strategic advisor and a straightforward thinker.
